Roller Coaster

When riding a roller coaster your body experiences the effects of steep inclines, descents, and sudden changes of speed and direction. Individuals with Type 1 Diabetes endure an unpredictable journey due to blood sugar level fluctuations. “Roller Coaster” depicts the daily challenges for people like me, living with Type 1 diabetes. Through the medium of photography, I hope to bring awareness to those unaffected by these highs and lows.

We’re Human Too

How many times have you stopped to hear the stories of the homeless? I know that I often keep walking past the homeless people like they don't exist. I decided that I would take the time to listen to what they had to say. I asked them one question, “What advice do you have for people who pass by?”

Coffeed

Coffeed is a playful photo series inspired by common coffee sayings and slogans. Each photograph brings one of these familiar phrases to life through a simple studio setup. Using everyday objects, clean compositions, and humor, the series puts a visual spin on the phrases we often associate with coffee and our everyday coffee routines.
